What happens if I can’t access the course?

If you experience technical difficulties accessing the course, please send an email to info@playfrog.com.au with details of the fault. Our IT Support Team will then be in touch to help you manage the issue.

We are not responsible for any internet disruption or faulty appliance you use.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a return for a change of mind.

Nothing in our Refund Policy restricts your ability to make a claim that may be available to you for failure to comply with a guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

How Long Will It Take for My access the course?

Any time you place an order online and once the order has been paid and processed; we will send you a confirmation email that walks you through the steps required to set up your login details and access the course you have purchased.

If you have not received the confirmation email within 1 hour, then you should check your junk mail before contacting us at info@playfrog.com.au.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

Unfortunately, we cannot edit, change, or cancel an order once it has been processed.
