You will have received your username and password in an email when you signed up for Play Frog. If you do not know what your user name is, please fill in the form at the bottom of this page. Please include the email address that you used when signing up, along with your full name so that we can recover your account details.

Our videos are only able to be streamed directly from the Play Frog platform.
To download or record them in any manner would be a breach of our terms and conditions as well as our copyright.
You will need to log into our platform to watch and access our videos.
The videos are best watched on a table, laptop, or standard desk top sized screen, however they can also be viewed on a mobile device or larger screen. You may lose some image quality if viewed on a television screen.
You will be able to navigate through the different course material using the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.

Our courses have been designed for children and contain 10 lessons which are to be taught over a 10 week period. For this reason, we have set the course up so that one new lesson becomes available each week.
We encourage you to watch the videos multiple times each week to help your child retain the new words and information that they have gained, before moving onto the new lesson.
