The Play Frog way

The Play Frog syllabus is offering at Early Learning Centres across Brisbane. The weekly half-hour lessons are delivered all year round and use unique characters that introduce words of different topics through a wide range of activities. Throughout our program, children are able to practice new words by learning to use their visual and auditory memory giving them the opportunity to develop the ability to recognise and pronounce words and phrases with a sense of purpose, effect and confidence. The Play Frog program features:
  • Weekly language classes, delivered by native French speakers.
  • High-quality engaging resources. We provide you with specially designed flashcards and documents for teachers and children to use in their own time.
  • A program booklet each term that includes the translation and pronunciation of each word taught to provide an opportunity to practice at home and successfully transfer the learning.
  • Individual certificates provided to each child at the end of each term as part of their graduation through the program.

Play Frog language program combines active learning and play to engage children, encourage motivation and develop enthusiasm to learn.

Babies, Curious and energetic
1 - 2 Years
For babies, curious and energetic, but depend on adult presence for reassurance. A little 15-minute immersion program to foster and encourage their growth and development.

Toddler, Independent inquisitors

2 - 3 Years
For toddlers as they enter the years of increased independence and more curious questions. Toddlers also become effective communicators. Through our 30 minutes program, we provide an environment to explore opportunities for children to learn by talking to each other and reflect with peers.

Kindergarten, Communicators and investigators

3 - 5 Years Getting ready for school
Children are effective communicators; they use information and communication to investigate ideas and represent their thinking. Those years are critical in preparing children for life. Our 30 minutes program engages children in a wide range of fun activities giving them a jump start for school.
